Important update (8 October 2025)

On the 8th of October 2025, the membership base of Esomar voted in favour of amendments to the 2023 version of the Esomar Disciplinary Procedures.

  1. Complaints submitted after and on the 8th of October 2025 will be assessed in light of the version adopted on the 8th of October 2025.
  2. Complaints submitted before the 8th October 2025 will be assessed in light of the disciplinary procedures published in 2023.

Are you experiencing a problem with a participating organisation that complies with our codes of conduct? If you suspect that they are violating the ICC/ESOMAR Code or a participating association's national code of conduct then you can report the organisation for investigation by one of our participating associations. Simply fill out the form below explaining the circumstances that have led to your report so that we may begin the investigation and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Be aware that Esomar can’t take on legal issues, such as contractual disputes, non-payment, and employment issues. Those cases are better dealt with legally or through other commercial means. ESOMAR may consider taking action, only if there is evidence of a pattern of behaviour that may damage the reputation of the sector.
