ESOMAR Professional Standards is the platform of associations representing the global data, research and insights community to handle complaints and queries. It is a global community of members who voluntarily adhere to the ICC/ESOMAR International Code and equivalent national codes. ESOMAR Professional Standards was funded by ESOMAR in close partnership with other national associations and maintained by annual subscription fees.
